• Contact current apheresis and/or whole blood donors by telephone to recruit for donations
• Schedule appointments to maximize daily donor participation
• Maintain daily production standards, including call and appointment quotas
• Develop knowledge of donor criteria to inform and assist potential donors
• Maintain accurate records of donor contacts and scheduled appointments

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience preferred
• Strong team collaboration skills and computer proficiency
• Excellent customer service and problem‑solving abilities
• Effective verbal communication skills, particularly in challenging situations

• Previous experience in a customer service role, especially related to blood donation or public health initiatives
• Familiarity with donor eligibility criteria and recruitment strategies
• Experience working in fast-paced environments
