Watson Barron Group is seeking a Customer Service / Assistant Dispatcher to support a busy dispatch and customer service operation, acting as the central contact for customers, drivers, and staff. This role blends customer interaction, scheduling, routing support, and real-time operations coordination.
Flexible to cover occasional evening shifts (3:00 PM–11:30 PM) is a required element of the position. Onsite: M-F, 8:00-4:30 with some overtime.
