Dana-co, a leading women’s intimate apparel company, is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Customer Care Specialist to support our online customers and order operations. The role is part-time and in-office at Secaucus, NJ, with 24 hours per week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
You will respond to ecommerce inquiries via email, live chat, and Gorgias; process orders in Shopify; handle shipping, returns, exchanges, and refunds; and coordinate with warehouse staff to resolve issues.
