Part-Time Ecommerce Customer Service Specialist – $25–$27/hour

Secaucus, NJ | 20-25 hours per week

Dana-co is seeking an experienced customer service professional to support customers shopping our portfolio of intimate apparel brands. This is a consistent, three-day-per-week position offering hands‑on experience with ecommerce orders, returns, shipping, inventory, and customer care.

The ideal candidate has supported customers for an ecommerce, retail, apparel, beauty, or consumer‑products business.
Shopify experience is preferred.

• Assist customers via email, live chat, and Gorgias
• Resolve product, sizing, order, shipping, return, exchange, and refund inquiries
• Process and monitor orders through Shopify and other Ecommerce platforms
• Investigate delayed, incomplete, or incorrectly fulfilled orders
• Partner with warehouse staff to resolve inventory and shipping issues
• Identify website, pricing, promotional, and product-information errors
• Follow customer concerns through resolution with timely, professional service

• Prior ecommerce customer service experience is required.
  Shopify experience is preferred
• Gorgias experience is strongly preferred
• Amazon Seller Central, Loop Returns, or Blue Cherry experience is a plus
• Apparel, fashion, lingerie, or consumer product experience is preferred
• Strong written communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
