Harmony Early Learning Center is looking for a passionate and nurturing Toddler Teacher to join our growing team in Secaucus, NJ! This is a wonderful opportunity to make a lasting impact on young learners during their most formative years in a warm, supportive environment.

Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for toddlers

Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment

Monitor and support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child

Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding child progress and daily activities

Maintain accurate developmental records, daily logs, and attendance

Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience

Ensure classroom cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred

Previous experience working with toddlers or in an early childhood setting

Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) for toddler-age children

Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Ability to meet NJ childcare licensing requirements

Warm, energetic, and child-centered approach to teaching
