The Manufacturing Process Engineer leads the measurement and analysis of warehouse inventory processes, develops standard operating procedures, and implements continuous improvement projects. The scope covers the end‑to‑end warehouse process—including material preparation, receiving, storage, inventory, and shipment preparation.

• Design, measure, and support manufacturing process changes; develop standard operating procedures to enhance operator efficiency and process consistency.
• Collect and analyze key performance metrics such as cycle time, storage efficiency, and yield to drive process and quality improvements.
• Participate in Kaizen events to measure, document, and continuously improve warehouse processes.
• Analyze and plan workflow, equipment placement, and space requirements to improve warehouse process efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or advanced degree and equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Develop detailed layouts for equipment, processes, and workflow.
• Demonstrate proficiency in applying Lean or Six Sigma principles.
• Strong analytical skills, including data mining to draw meaningful conclusions.
• Collaborative, flexible, and adaptable in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to lead a cross‑functional team and work with contractors/vendors to drive projects.
• Capable of simplifying issues and communicating verbally and in writing to all employee levels.
• Effectively facilitate projects in a technical, multi‑organizational environment.

Competitive base salary ranging from $75,750 to $101,000 per year. Additional compensation may include performance‑based bonuses.
