Senior Manager - Mergers and Acquisitions

We primarily service our clients in the NY an NJ area as well nationally through our AAFA network (45 financial staffing affiliates throughout the U.S. and Canada).

Our client is a growing global Bio-Pharma company actively seeking a Mergers and Acquisitions professional for offices in NJ. The incumbent will be accountable for contributing efforts to encourage the company’s mergers and acquisitions. Company offers very competitive salary, generous annual bonus potential and an excellent benefits package.

Salary: - $200,000 to $225,000 + B

• Create and analyze financial models
• Support business decisions and establish processes for the analysis of internal data, as well as market intelligence and competitive analysis
• Investigations and valuation of targeted companies
• Support business and strategic planning activities for the Americas’ organization.
• Develop commercial excellence programs, controls and initiatives across the region.
• Create and review business cases and commercial investment opportunities developing the P/L for mid to long term
• Lead Country and Regional KPI development and measurement, commercial dashboard monthly reviews, sales/EBITDA forecasting and operating plan reviews.

• 6+ years relevant experience
• Previous experience working out of a Corporate M&A/Strategy group or investment banking
• Experience performing advanced financial modeling and working with databases
• Prior Pharma / Healthcare experience A+
