As a Front Desk Agent, you provide guests with the best hospitality experience by:

• Assisting guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally at all times
• Maintaining a high level of service and hospitality
• Promptly and effectively addressing guest concerns or issues and ensuring satisfaction in a timely manner
• Posting guest charges, collecting payments, and following all cash handling procedures as required
• Handling guest mail and messages with respect to privacy and professionalism
• Being knowledgeable about the hotel brand and various programs (travel programs, special offers)
• Communicating effectively with various departments and management regarding guest comments and concerns
• Responding quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors, and team members needing front desk assistance
• Having full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures
• Being able to work flexible shifts
