Salary Range: $109,853 - $184,613

As a Solutions Architect at Yusen Logistics, you will drive critical projects and services for the company’s global customers, designing and implementing effective solutions for logistics operations. You will leverage architectural expertise to guide the project delivery team, create and maintain a roadmap of technical products, and ensure alignment with company strategy. Continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies are essential to support growth and meet dynamic multinational business needs.

• Gain a deep understanding of the organization’s business needs and translate them into technology solutions.
• Develop logical architecture designs outlining scalable, reliable, and efficient components.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams, assist in code reviews, and enforce best practices.
• Create and maintain architecture and engineering standards and guidelines.
• Ensure that technical standards and principles are applied correctly across technical initiatives.
• Provide governance, conduct architectural reviews, and make key design decisions for products.
• Advocate and promote architectural best practices and standardize product capabilities.
• Build and maintain integrations between organization software and partner systems, ensuring security, reliability, and scalability.
• Balance business and technology acumen, articulating high‑level technical solutions that tie to program success criteria.
• Drive projects from ideation to deployment, demonstrating strong customer focus.
• Collaborate closely with external vendors and partners to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Apply a breadth of engineering disciplines independently: planning, design, analysis, coding, testing, rollout, and support.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of experience.
• Professional experience as a Solutions Architect or related role.
• Hands‑on experience designing and deploying cloud‑based solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP; knowledge of hybrid cloud architectures and migrations.
• Proficiency in application and system integration, API design, microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with agile, Dev Ops, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills; ability to balance business and technical constraints.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
• Experience in logistics or supply chain industry is advantageous.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional/technical requirements.
• Agile software development lifecycle experience.
