The Scrum Master / Project Manager is responsible for leading Agile delivery teams and managing end-to-end project execution. This role ensures successful delivery against scope, timelines, cost, and quality while driving Agile adoption, team effectiveness, and continuous improvement.

Agile & Scrum Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
  • Remove impediments, manage dependencies, and proactively mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Ensure adherence to Scrum processes, Definition of Done, and quality standards.
  • Drive Agile maturity and promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration.
Project Management Responsibilities
  • Plan, track, and manage project scope, schedule, cost, and milestones.
  • Monitor delivery progress, risks, issues, and action items; ensure timely resolution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and governance updates.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of sprint and release commitments.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Hands‑on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, or equivalent.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, risk management, and decision‑making abilities.
Preferred / Good to Have
  • Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM) or Project Management certifications.
  • Exposure to Dev Ops practices, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
  • Technical background or prior experience working with development teams.
