Role Summary
The Scrum Master / Project Manager is responsible for leading Agile delivery teams and managing end-to-end project execution. This role ensures successful delivery against scope, timelines, cost, and quality while driving Agile adoption, team effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Agile & Scrum Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
Remove impediments, manage dependencies, and proactively mitigate risks.
Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
Ensure adherence to Scrum processes, Definition of Done, and quality standards.
Drive Agile maturity and promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration.
Project Management Responsibilities
Plan, track, and manage project scope, schedule, cost, and milestones.
Monitor delivery progress, risks, issues, and action items; ensure timely resolution.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and governance updates.
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of sprint and release commitments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
" Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager.
" Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
" Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, or equivalent.
" Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
" Excellent problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making abilities.
Preferred / Good to Have
" Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM) or Project Management certifications.
" Exposure to Dev Ops practices, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
" Technical background or prior experience working with development teams.
