Pride Health is hiring a Marketing Manager, Systems & Technology to support our client's healthcare organization in Secaucus, NJ 07094
. This is a 5-month contract opportunity with the possibility of extension and a great opportunity to work with a leading healthcare organization.
- Position: Marketing Manager, Systems & Technology
- Location: Secaucus, NJ 07094
- Pay Rate: $40–$45/hour
- Duration: 5 Months Contract
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (In-office Tuesdays and Wednesdays preferred)
- Manage and optimize marketing enablement systems and platforms, including Adobe Workfront, budget management tools, DAM systems, and Microsoft Teams.
- Implement technology-driven processes and strategies to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, IT, and third-party vendors to align system capabilities with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain workflows, automations, and integrations to streamline marketing operations.
- Monitor system performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and proper system integration across platforms.
- Support content standardization through taxonomy, metadata, and version control structures.
- Provide user training and ongoing support for marketing systems.
- Partner with stakeholders on system enhancements, implementations, and large-scale projects.
- Strong experience as an Adobe Workfront Administrator (Required)
- Familiarity with Adobe Workfront Fusion and troubleshooting workflows
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Development
, including building intake forms, creating automations, developing site pages, and managing API integrations - Experience with Power Automate
- Background in marketing technology, operations, and budget management workflows
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) preferred
- Equivalent professional experience will be considered

- Strong Communication & Problem-Solving Skills
