Digital Ad Trafficker

Built around 5 professional sports leagues, our client has established a major international presence with games and programming available in 215 countries and territories, in more than 50 languages, and merchandise for sale in more than 200 countries and territories on all seven continents.

This candidate reports to the Global Ad Operations Sr. Manager - Global Media Operations (GMO) within the Network Partnerships and Programming department. This person will work at the direction of Global Ad Operations Sr. Manager. They will be responsible for various operational tasks that support our digital ad operations business.

• Traffic and manage digital ad campaigns across web, mobile, and other digital platforms, ensuring accurate setup, pacing, and delivery.
• Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot delivery issues in real time to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
• Partner closely with internal marketing and media sponsorship teams to execute and optimize digital media plans.
• Manage campaign assets, tags, and tracking to ensure proper implementation and reporting.

• 1+ years of hands-on experience with digital ad trafficking, preferably within sports, media, or streaming environments.
• 1+ years of experience trafficking campaigns in Free Wheel is required.
• Experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM); familiarity with both GAM and Free Wheel strongly preferred.
• Experience managing campaign setup, pacing, delivery, troubleshooting, and optimization across digital platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team structure.
