Job Description
The Director of Data Fabric Platform will lead the strategy and execution of our enterprise data fabric and data product marketplace. This role drives the strategic vision, technical architecture, and operational excellence of the data platform to ensure its scalability, reliability, and security. The focus is on a 'data as a product' mindset, ensuring data is discoverable, understandable, and consumable for the business.
The executive will be a key member of the technology leadership team, responsible for building and mentoring a high-performing engineering organization and governing relationships with internal teams and external implementation partners. The role aims to enable business innovation, reduce time to insight, and improve operational efficiency through a best-in-class data platform. Strong executive leadership, technical expertise, and business acumen are required.
This is a hybrid role and the selected candidate must be near-site to one of Quest Diagnostics hub locations. Preferred locations:
Secaucus, NJ or Schaumburg, IL. Pay Range: $180,000-$220,000/year + 20% Annual Incentive Plan
