Join our Information Technology team as an Enterprise Systems Administrator, a dynamic role centered on Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) resilience alongside comprehensive systems management. In this hands‑on position, you will play a critical role in strengthening our BC/DR capabilities—contributing to disaster recovery planning, testing, backup operations, and data protection to ensure our technology infrastructure remains resilient and recoverable.

Beyond supporting our business continuity efforts, you will actively administer and optimize a diverse enterprise environment spanning Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, cloud services, and storage. You will also manage core network and firewall infrastructure, contribute to cybersecurity planning and operations, and support key business applications including Oracle E-Business Suite, TM1 Business Analytics (PAfE & PAW), EDI systems, and Manhattan Scale SaaS.

This position is located at our Secaucus, NJ corporate headquarters, with the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule.

• Serve as a key team member supporting the development, maintenance, and execution of the organization’s IT business continuity and disaster recovery program, including planning, testing, documentation, and recovery readiness
• Contribute to the development, testing, and execution of disaster recovery plans to support data integrity, system availability, and comprehensive recovery documentation. Follow and support established policies and procedures and participate in semiannual disaster recovery testing to validate data replication, redundancy, and archiving controls
