Adecco Creative and Marketing has partnered with a fashion house to hire a Replenishment Manager for Walmart accounts.
This full-time position is hybrid in Secaucus, NJ. You will be onsite 4 days per week and WFH on Fridays. The pay is $120,000-$135,000.
Job OverviewThe Replenishment Planning Manager will be responsible for driving in-season inventory performance, replenishment execution, and business continuity for key retail accounts, with a strong focus on Walmart. Based in Secaucus, NJ and reporting to the Director of Planning, this role will partner closely with merchandising, sales, supply chain, and retail planning teams to ensure inventory levels are optimized, replenishment systems are functioning effectively, and opportunities for incremental sales are identified and actioned quickly.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, operationally focused, and experienced working within Walmart’s replenishment and planning environment.
- Manage replenishment planning and inventory execution for Walmart and other key retail accounts
- Monitor inventory levels, in-stock performance, and replenishment trends to identify risks and opportunities
- Analyze why inventory levels may be lower than expected and partner cross-functionally to resolve issues quickly
- Utilize Walmart systems and replenishment tools to pull data, analyze business performance, and support decision-making
- Identify missed in-season opportunities and proactively drive inventory strategies to maximize sales
- Partner with Walmart merchandise planning and replenishment teams on forecasting, replenishment execution, and inventory flow
- Work closely with production, supply chain, sales teams, retail planning and inventory planning to improve inventory availability and replenishment timing
- Ensure accurate execution of replenishment strategies while maintaining strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Consistently achieve In-stock and OTIF targets
- Manage order evaluation and SSO submissions
- Support in-season business analysis and recommend actions to improve inventory productivity and sales performance at the shelf/store/channel/DC level
- Build strong working relationships with customer replenishment planning and internal planning counterparts through clear and professional communication
- Replenishment planning, inventory management, or retail planning experience
- Strong Walmart replenishment planning experience required
- Experience working within Walmart systems and analyzing replenishment and inventory data
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of inventory flow, in-stock management, forecasting, and replenishment strategies
- Ability to identify business opportunities and operational gaps through data analysis
- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with Walmart planning and merchandising teams
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with retail reporting systems and replenishment tools
- Operationally focused mindset with the ability to balance executional detail and strategic business needs
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
