Our client, a leading organization in the technology and logistics sector, is seeking an Inventory and Logistics Specialist to join their dynamic team. As an Inventory and Logistics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of hardware and components, supporting the overall operational excellence of the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to process improvement, aligning successfully within a collaborative and safety-conscious environment.

• Manage shipping, receiving, and inventorying of hardware and components to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare and attach necessary documentation such as packing lists, bill of ladings, and labels for shipments.
• Coordinate with freight carriers for pickups and deliveries, maintaining clear communication with field technicians.
• Support in creating and maintaining the Materials Management database for all inbound and outbound hardware.
• Assist in physical inventory movements and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and safety.

• 2-4+ years of experience in inventory control or logistics roles.
• Proficiency in documenting all paperwork within Asset Management Portals (e.g., ServiceNOW).
• Working knowledge of server/PC components, PCB handling, and storage procedures.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack and familiarity with ERP systems, Excel, and Word.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and wear personal protective gear as required.
