Role Responsibilities
- Manage and cultivate donor relationships to ensure long-term engagement.
- Develop and execute account plans in line with organizational goals.
- Identify and target potential new donors through strategic analysis.
- Monitor and report on donor engagement and performance metrics.
- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with existing donors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance donor experiences.
- Facilitate donor recognition programs and events.
- Analyze trends in donor behavior for proactive outreach.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all donors and stakeholders.
- Create detailed reports on donor portfolios and engagement.
- Design and implement strategies for donor acquisition and retention.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials for donor outreach.
- Lead training sessions for staff on donor engagement techniques.
- Negotiate and manage donor contracts effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all donor agreements and regulations.
- Act as a liaison between donors and internal teams to foster communication.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or related roles.
- Strong proven track record of managing donor relations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in a non-profit or consultancy setting preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Capable of developing and fostering effective relationships.
- Passion for community service and supporting philanthropic efforts.
- Understanding of current donor engagement trends.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
