DG3 is seeking a strategic and operationally focused Director of Promotional Products to lead, manage, and scale our promotional division. Overseeing a resolute team of eight professionals and a revenue portfolio of $8M–$10M
, you will be the primary architect of our promotional growth strategy.
This is a unique "Player-Coach" opportunity. You will lead the P&L and financial forecasting while simultaneously acting as the subject-matter expert who empowers our print-focused sales force to cross-sell world-class promotional and branded solutions.
II. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES- Strategic Leadership: Mentor and develop a team of eight. Foster a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Financial Stewardship: Own the annual budget, forecasting, and P&L. Lead monthly reviews with the executive team to drive margin growth and mitigate financial risk.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee project efficiency and departmental KPIs to ensure $8M–$10M in annual revenue is executed with precision and profitability.
- Sales Enablement: Function as the "go-to" expert for client pitches, helping the sales team translate client needs into creative, branded promotional programs.
- Creative Oversight: Maintain brand integrity by reviewing artwork production; utilize Adobe Illustrator

Photoshop to guide the creative process. - Vendor Relations: Leverage industry relationships for innovative sourcing and cost-effective procurement.
- Industry
Experience:
5+ years of leadership experience specifically within the Promotional Products industry. - Financial Acumen: Proven record of owning budgets, forecasts, and P&L responsibilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Firsthand experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for artwork review/support.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Software Expertise: Direct experience with Facilisgroup (highly preferred).
- Scale: Experience managing multi-million-dollar promotional programs.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional cross-functional communication and the ability to thrive in a high-speed, deadline-driven environment.
The job is performed in an office environment in Secaucus, New Jersey. The environment can be stressful at times with deadline pressure to complete multiple priorities. This position requires business travel.
