Full-Time Opportunities Available
1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
At FM Expressions, we are passionate about quality, teamwork, and innovation. We are currently seeking motivated and dependable Production Associates to support our growing printing and manufacturing operations.
This is a hands‑on opportunity to work in a fast‑paced production environment where employees may be assigned to areas such as Material Handling, Unloading, Production Support, or Quality Control based on operational needs and individual strengths.

What You’ll Do- Support daily production and manufacturing operations
- Handle, move, load, and unload materials and finished products
- Assist with the setup and operation of production equipment
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards and customer specifications are met
- Identify and communicate production or quality concerns to leadership
- Maintain accurate product counts and assist with inventory tracking
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe while following 6S standards
- Follow all company safety procedures and equipment guidelines
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Cross‑train in multiple departments and assist where needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency
- Comfortable visually inspecting small print and color details
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment
- Previous experience in manufacturing, printing, warehouse, or production environments
- Prior quality control experience is a plus, but not required
