Prepress Desktop Operator

Utilizing the latest in printing technology, this role is central to our commitment to producing high-quality print materials. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and adjusting digital files to ensure they meet print specifications and color standards, collaborating with design and production teams to execute seamless printing processes.

Responsibilities

• Review and manipulate digital files to ensure correct formatting, color quality, and print readiness
• Collaborate with graphic designers to resolve artwork issues prior to printing
• Perform color separations, adjustments, and proofs to meet client specifications
• Maintain accurate production logs and schedule adherence
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and operate printing machinery

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of color theory and print processes
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience with digital printing machinery and prepress software
