Overview
The eRetail Activation Manager leads best‑in‑class eCommerce activations across priority online retailers, ensuring Digital Shelf Excellence for Pierre Fabre USA’s dermo‑cosmetics portfolio, including Avene, Klorane, and René Furterer. The role owns end‑to‑end digital shelf presence, from content deployment and syndication to retail media execution, working closely with KAMs, the eCommerce Head, Media, Marketing, and Trade teams.
Responsibilities- Digital Shelf Excellence (CARS Framework)
- Develop and execute a Digital Shelf Improvement Plan and track progress with the eCommerce Head and KAMs.
- Ensure content—titles, descriptions, images, videos, and A+ content—meets global guidelines.
- Maintain product availability, support review generation, and optimize search visibility with SEO best practices.
- Co‑ordinate with global teams to leverage digital shelf tracking tools (eStore) and achieve minimum CARS score.
- Own content deployment, updates, and syndication workflows across retailer/vendor portals.
- Prepare launch readiness materials for new product pages, PDP updates, and supporting assets.
- Manage Amazon Storefront updates, merchandising, testing, and optimization.
- Monitor marketplaces for unauthorized sellers and pricing inconsistencies, escalating issues.
- Retail Media Execution
- Plan and execute always‑on and campaign‑based retail media activations across key retailers.
- Manage campaign briefs, asset delivery, and post‑campaign analysis with the Media Specialist.
- Track KPIs such as CVR, ROAS, and incremental sales.
- Optimize media budgets by identifying high‑performing placements, keywords, and partners.
- Content & Digital Shelf Operations
- Align content, promotions, and activations with account priorities and hero SKUs.
- Track and report digital shelf KPIs and retail media results with the eCommerce Head.
- Platform & Tool Management
- Maintain the eStore dashboard to monitor scorecards and identify content gaps.
- Ingest new product copy, imagery, and video assets into Syndigo, adapting to retailer needs.
- Upload and manage enhanced content assets within Syndigo.
- Maintain the internal eCatalog with updated product assortment.
- Product Launch Management
- Co‑ordinate launch timelines and content readiness with KAMs and Brand teams.
- Provide product recommendations for New Item Form creation from Syndigo.
- Deliver PDP optimization recommendations based on competitive analysis.
- Retailer‑Specific Management
- Amazon:
Manage Storefront updates, Vendor Central product setup, and ATF/BTF content. - Target, Walmart, Ulta, Walgreens, CVS, Meijer:
Maintain product copy, imagery, and BTF enhanced content via Syndigo or respective portals.
- Amazon:
- Data Tracking & Performance Insights
- Leverage dashboards and analytics tools (eStoreCheck, Helium, Stackline, Similar Web, Panorama ta) for activation planning and performance analysis.
- Share actionable insights with KAMs, eCommerce Head, and Marketing teams.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work with KAMs on account priorities, promo plans, and content needs.
- Align retail media with broader media strategy with the Media team.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Trade for consistent brand execution and messaging.
- Other Duties – pending business requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
- 5+ years in digital marketing, eCommerce, trade marketing, media, or performance marketing.
- Hands‑on experience with digital shelf operations, retail media, content management, and PDP optimization for online retailers.
- Experience with eCommerce teams, KAMs, or brand teams.
- Strong command of tools such as eStore
Check, Syndigo, Helium, Panorama ta, Similar Web, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Prior experience in FMCG, Consumer Health, Beauty, or Pharma is a strong plus.
Based in Secaucus, NJ with a hybrid arrangement (two remote days per week). Requires a largely sedentary office setting with occasional lifting of marketing materials and standing on a stool.
Compensation and BenefitsSalary range: $110,000 – $140,000 per year. Potential bonus, commission, or incentive participation.
