We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join the Best Western Plus Secaucus team. The ideal candidate will exhibit a warm and friendly demeanor, providing exceptional service to ensure an enjoyable breakfast experience for our guests.

• Prepare and set up the breakfast area for service, ensuring all food items are fresh and attractively presented.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including replenishing food items, utensils, and beverages as needed.
• Greet guests with a friendly attitude and assist with any questions or special requests they may have.
• Ensure that the breakfast area complies with health and safety standards.
• Assist in taking inventory and notifying management of any shortages in supplies or food items.
• Clear tables, clean dining area, and reset tables promptly for new guests.
• Provide a positive guest experience by responding promptly to requests and offering assistance.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure a smooth operation during breakfast hours.

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attentive to detail, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
