Role Overview

Delta Galil is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to support the accurate maintenance of product and business data within our internal systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring division styles and related information are entered accurately and on time to support key business deadlines and operational processes.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with large volumes of data, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. This position works closely with cross‑functional teams including Design, Sales, and Production.

Responsibilities
  • Enter, update, and maintain data within internal systems and databases
  • Prepare and organize data for system entry by compiling and verifying information
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets to track product and operational information
  • Review data for accuracy and identify/correct errors as needed
  • Transfer information from source documents into digital systems efficiently and accurately
  • Partner with Design, Sales, and Production teams to gather and validate required information
  • Ensure all assigned data entry tasks are completed within established timelines
  • Support additional administrative and operational tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Fast and efficient computer and typing skills
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and databases, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Reliable team player with a strong sense of urgency
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a corporate office environment preferred
  • Prior data entry experience preferred
  • Exposure to the fashion/apparel industry
  • Experience with PLM
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
Additional Information

This is a hybrid role, with 4 days in our Secaucus, New Jersey office.

PAY RATE: $24.00-$26.00/hr
