Position: Shift Manager - $17.29-$23.78/hr - Sunoco Store #7016, Alexander Hamilton Service Area, New Jersey Turnpike, Secaucus,
Sunoco now offers the following Bonuses:

Sign On Bonus:

* $500 for all new hires 0-2 years of experience.
* $750 for all new hires 2-3 years' experience.
* $1000 for all new hires 3+ years' experience.

* Paid out in 3 increments: 25%/30 days, 25%/60 days, 50%/180 days.

* Must be active at the time of payment.

* Employee must follow established guidelines.

Referral bonus:

* Increased to $1000

* Paid out in 3 increments: $250/30 days, $250/60 days, $1000/180 days.

General Responsibilities:

* Provide excellent customer service and lead your shift team

* Preparing shift reports as required by management

* Maintain the presence of adequate merchandise levels and store appearance

* Operate the store and ensure all company policies and procedures are followed

Qualifications/Experience/

Education:

* Customer service, leadership, & basic computer skills

* Retail experience is a plus but not required (we will train you!)

* Ability to lift/carry up to 25 pounds and operate a dolly/handcart for heavier items

* Previous customer service experience is a plus.

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred, or equivalent experience.
