Responsibilities

  • Provide member service by maintaining the checkout area, resolving member issues, and promoting Sam's Club products.
  • Manage self‑service technology, guiding members and processing purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Follow company safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe situations to facility management.
  • Maintain entrance and exit areas, acknowledge members, verify membership cards, and assist with purchasing decisions.
  • Zone and organize merchandise, locate items, assist members with transporting goods, and maintain a safe shopping environment.
  • Manage returns, secure assets, maintain documentation and logs, and execute emergency response procedures.
  • Train member frontline service associates on processes, new technology, and program rollouts; provide continuous learning opportunities.
  • Identify shrink and damages; ensure compliance with security and safety practices.
  • Collaborate with managers and co‑workers, prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and recommend improvement opportunities.
  • Embrace diversity, work as a team, mentor others, and uphold integrity, ethics, and Walmart values.
  • Deliver results by putting customers and members first and making data‑driven decisions.
  • Demonstrate curiosity, take calculated risks, and drive continuous improvement using new technologies.
Qualifications
  • Minimum qualifications
    :
    • Retail experience including operating front‑end equipment (e.g., cash register).
    • Experience working with mobile retail applications.
