The company imports popular Japanese food products and distributes them to grocery retailers across the U.S. After successfully building a strong foundation in its first year, the company is now entering an exciting growth phase.

We are seeking a Japanese (business level) and English bilingual Route Sales Representative to manage client relationships in the New Jersey and New York area.

This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role that combines relationship management, product delivery, and merchandising. You will manage your own route and build relationships with clients while working closely with a supportive team. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys working both independently and collaboratively.

• Visit assigned retail stores regularly (mainly NYC area)
• Manage shelves (stocking, organizing, merchandising displays)
• Deliver products and coordinate restocking
• Communicate with store managers and staff (primarily in English)
• Introduce new products and conduct basic product presentations
• Take orders and coordinate with internal teams
• Perform basic data entry and prepare sales‑related materials

• Fluent Japanese/English required
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license (driving required)
• Ability to handle physical tasks (lifting, stocking, etc.)
• Food industry experience is a plus!

• Monday–Friday (Full‑time, Exempt)
• Office & Warehouse:
  Secaucus, NJ
• Client Visits: NYC area (mainly Manhattan, Brooklyn)
• On‑site position
• Company vehicle provided
• Travel between NJ warehouse and client locations as needed
