Baker and Packager Associate

Position Summary

Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and staying organized? Our Bakery/Packager associates prepare fresh baked items daily for our members. You will follow recipes, wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure members receive the freshest items.

  Prepare bakery merchandise based on daily production needs; operate baking equipment, follow recipes/make‑up instructions, wrap, label, and store items; maintain food safety, sanitation, cold chain, and inventory; keep equipment clean and sanitized.

  Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
• Be an Owner
  :
  Maintain operational excellence, uphold quality and date‑control standards, eliminate waste, and ensure merchandise is properly packaged.

  Advocate for the department and club by delivering high‑quality service and products.
