-spa

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customers satisfaction and retention.
• Pipeline Management:
  Manage and track sales activities, opportunities, and leads using our CRM software.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of products or services to clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

• Proven experience in sales, with a portfolio of clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales deals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) is required.
• 3 years’ experience in professional beauty industry.
