Position OverviewAs an Entry‑Level Sales & Marketing Representative
, you will be the face of our top‑tier telecom clients. Operating within a fast‑paced retail environment, you’ll master the fundamentals of direct marketing, relationship building, and brand advocacy.
This role serves as the foundation for our Management Training Program

- Brand Advocacy & Sales: Represent industry‑leading telecom products and services directly to consumers in a retail setting. Negotiate terms and close sales with prospective clients.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build genuine rapport with customers, deliver tailored solutions, and utilize Salesforce to track sales activities and manage customer relationships effectively.
- Lead Follow‑Up: Proactively follow up with leads and maintain ongoing relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Product Expertise: Maintain an exceptionally high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to clients and provide technical sales support by thoroughly understanding product specifications and features.

Partner closely with the inside sales team to share insights from the field and develop strategies for increasing market penetration.
Professional Development: Actively engage in daily team meetings, skill‑building workshops, and leadership training sessions to learn the core fundamentals of team management and business operations.

- Mobility: Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle (Required for travel between retail locations).
