Position: Immediate Hire! CSR- Customer Sales Representative

Customer Sales and Service Representative. Full-Time | In-Person | North Jersey.

Location:

North, NJ and surrounding areas. We do not participate in door to door sales. IN-PERSON OPPORTUNITIES ONLY. Applicants must be able to reliably commute to and around the North Jersey area. At Vivacity Management, we represent major clients across industries in the telecommunications industry. Our sales team works face-to-face with customers to promote client products and services, provide tailored solutions, and close sales—all while gaining hands-on experience in customer service, sales, and brand representation.

What You’ll Do:
  • Interact with customers to promote and sell products.
  • Use CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions.
  • Profile accounts, handle objections, and offer effective solutions.
  • Present the value of services clearly and confidently to potential and current customers.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients and teammates.
