Summary
:
Responsible for developing and expanding the retail business by identifying new sales opportunities, acquiring new accounts, and strengthening relationships with existing customers. Execute sales strategies to increase market penetration, product distribution, and overall sales performance within the assigned territory. Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure effective order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and recommend appropriate product and promotional strategies.
Support merchandising, product launches, and sales initiatives to drive sustainable growth in the retail market while achieving departmental sales objectives.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities and expand the retail business by identifying new sales opportunities and acquiring new accounts.
- Establish new accounts by calling on potential sales outlets and assisting with account opening documents.
- Maintain and strengthen strong business relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term business and high customer satisfaction.
- Obtain and submit orders by referring to price lists and product catalogs.
- Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas and departmental objectives.
- Manage existing customers' Accounts Receivable (A/R), merchandise returns, and ensure credit term compliance to increase Gross Profit.
- Execute sales strategies to increase market penetration and product distribution within the assigned territory.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Recommend and support appropriate product promotions, merchandising, and new product launches.
- Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations by studying the type of retail sales outlet.
- Inform customers about discounts, special offers, and up-to-date products/services.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions, trade shows, or conferences as needed.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure effective order fulfillment, inventory management, and smooth operations.
- Act proactively to address clients’ needs, troubleshoot issues, and handle complaints or objections from beginning to end.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share insights with internal teams to improve service.
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and territory analyses.
- Keep track of own business expenses (mileage, parking fees, toll fees, etc.).

Qualifications- Language:
Specifically seeking candidates who are bilingual in English and Mandarin or Cantonese (fluent in speaking, reading, and writing). - Experience:
Proven professional experience as a Sales Executive, Account Manager, or a relevant sales role.
