now hiring full time security site supervisor for a site in secaucus, n.j.!

$21.00 per hour to start !

available shifts :

  • monday - sunday, overnight 10:30pm - 6:30am
job requirements
  • must have 5+ years of prior security supervisor experience.
  • applicants must have experience with access control/badge experience.
  • loss prevention is preferred.
  • cpr certification.
  • alarm panel experience.
  • customer service experience is preferred.
  • lift up to 20lbs.
  • comfortable using computer or tablet.

the security shift supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The shift supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, account manager/field operations manager and professional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.

responsibilities

qualifications
  • high school diploma or equivalent required
  • at least 18 years of age
  • effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the public
  • ability to prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting
  • ability to read and understand operating procedures and instructions
  • licensing requirements subject to state/local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
  • driving positions require a valid driver’s license, driving record checks and insurance minimums as applicable
  • background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test may be required
  • intermediate computer skills to utilize technology at client sites
  • ability to handle both common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • ability to work in varying environments and lift up to 40 pounds as needed
  • stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods
