Security Officer Reception

Position: Security Officer Full Time Reception
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities;
Operate the front desk by greeting and screening visitors, verifying identification and authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor and access records;
Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and communications systems from the front desk, reporting unusual activity, access concerns, and equipment issues;
Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed;
Maintain a professional front-desk presence, provide directions and assistance, and help to deter unauthorized access through consistent application of visitor management procedures
