Diagnose and perform preventive maintenance and repairs on powered industrial equipment and conveyor systems;
Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on building equipment such as air compressors, heating, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems;
Inspect and ensure maintenance tasks performed by others are completed accurately and timely;
Communicate with Facilities Manager and Operations leaders about repair work status and operational impacts;
Facilitate shift handoffs and smooth transition of work to the next shift
