About the Role
The Staff ERP Systems Developer will join our ERP development team to design, develop and deploy ERP software applications. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core Web API, React/Type Script, and MS SQL Server. Responsibilities- Design, develop, and test custom .NET applications and frontend SPAs aligned to business requirements
- Perform system impact analysis, risk assessment, and effort estimation for change requests
- Contribute to legacy system modernization efforts, migrating older ASP.NET applications to modern .NET architectures with clean separation of API and frontend
- Utilize SQL and stored procedures to query, fetch, update, and delete data from relational databases
- Engage in development of technical documentation and creation of user stories using JIRA and Confluence
- Grow and maintain a significant knowledge of the business systems supported by the ERP Development team
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end users and report project status, risks, and schedule impacts to the manager
- Proactively learn and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and platform upgrades as the team’s product portfolio evolves
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- 6+ years of C# Windows and Web development with .NET framework, with specialization in Windows application, web API, and web services
- Proficient knowledge and hands‑on experience working with relational databases and MS SQL; familiarity with data‑access layer frameworks
- Hands‑on experience building frontend web applications using modern JavaScript/Type Script frameworks and component libraries
- Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio as IDE and source control with Git Lab
- Ability to fully support all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience reviewing requirements, translating them into designs, implementing and fully testing these designs; testing experience includes unit, functional, integration, and end‑to‑end
- Rapid learning and problem‑solving skills with strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
- Knowledge of ERP systems/supply chains preferred
- Experience with .NET MAUI or Xamarin for cross‑platform mobile application development desirable
- Awareness of application security and ability to act on findings to harden applications a plus
- Hands‑on experience with source control branching, merging, and code‑review practices a plus
The typical base salary for this position is expected to be between $105,000 and $140,000 per year, subject to individual assessment of experience and qualifications. If hired, the final base salary will be determined on an individual basis taking into consideration experience, skills, knowledge, education, and/or certifications.
