Pricing Specialist

Arkas Logistics is seeking a Pricing Specialist to join our growing global team. If you’re experienced in international freight forwarding and passionate about delivering competitive, customer‑focused solutions, we’d love to hear from you.

• Provide competitive pricing support to our corporate sales team, agent network, and direct customers.
• Perform pricing with shipowners for requests from all countries worldwide, primarily for export operations, while also managing pricing on the import side.
• Prepare air and ocean freight spot quotations for both import and export shipments.
• Negotiate, review, and manage carrier and vendor rate agreements across global trade lanes.
• Review pricing requests to ensure competitiveness while maintaining margin targets.
• Collaborate with operations teams on routings, transit times, and service options.
• Develop strong knowledge of global logistics services to support integrated solutions.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in international freight forwarding pricing & procurement (preferably within the USA market).
• Ability to interpret transportation tariffs across all modes of transport.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail, ability to work independently, and a strong sense of urgency.
• Dependable, reliable, and open to flexible working hours based on customer needs.
• Strong math skills (currency conversions, weight, volume, distance calculations).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and web‑based tools.
