JOB DESCRIPTION

Part Time - 30 hours per week - Monday to Thursday

• High School diploma required. Associate or Bachelors Degree preferred

• Previous experience as an administrative assistant required
• Strong working knowledge of the MS Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Working knowledge of SAP a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, demonstration of flexibility and prioritization
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication (both verbal & written) skills
• Handles sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision and guidance

• Manage purchase card reconciliation timely on a monthly basis.
• Coordinate logistics for onsite meeting caterings and setup
• Administrative support to coordinate tour schedules with other departments
• Administrative support for maintaining inventory of supplies for department
