As a Seasonal Currency Clerk, you will play a key role in our Accounts Receivable team by processing picture package order envelopes, scanning checks for electronic deposit, and filing documentation to ensure accurate and timely recording of payments.

• Process currency received from schools by counting and preparing deposits.
• Scan checks for electronic bank deposits.
• Organize and file supporting receipt documentation and job tickets.
• Follow established procedures and maintain confidentiality of all financial data.
• Support the Accounting department with other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with Google Suite preferred.
• Post offer background check and drug screen
