, we're looking for an organized, proactive Project Manager
to support our growing Roofing Division. If you enjoy keeping projects moving, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors, and working with a team committed to delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to meet you.

This role is ideal for someone with commercial construction experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing estimating, procurement, project administration, and customer communication.

As a Project Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our commercial roofing projects stay organized, on schedule, and on budget by:

Coordinating material purchases, subcontractors, and supplier relationships

Preparing and reviewing detailed project estimates and material takeoffs

Supporting project from project award through closeout

Managing purchase orders, subcontracts, insurance certificates, and shop drawings

Monitoring project documentation, invoicing, change orders, and project profitability

Coordinating with project executive, superintendents, warehouse personnel, and vendors to keep projects moving

Participating in preconstruction meetings and procurement planning

Helping deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout every phase of the project

Minimum 3 years of commercial construction project coordination experience

Roofing or commercial construction experience preferred

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Experience with estimating, purchasing, and project administration

Ability to prioritize multiple projects with limited supervision

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction
