Motion Industries is seeking a Customer Service Representative to fulfill orders, handle inquiries, and maintain product knowledge. Under close supervision, you will enter orders, provide quotes, and manage calls received by phone, fax, email, or walk-ins.
You will negotiate within parameters to influence gross profit, adjust pricing when appropriate, build relationships for repeat business, and coordinate with Account Representatives to ensure timely order fulfillment.
