We are seeking an experienced BOM / Configuration Specialist to support a growing engineering and manufacturing organization within the power-generation industry. This position will focus on building, organizing, and maintaining complex, multi-level Bills of Material for aeroderivative gas turbine engines. The ideal candidate will have strong functional experience using Windchill or another PLM platform to manage product structures, configuration data, and item masters.

• Create and maintain complex, multi-level BOMs
• Establish accurate parent-child relationships within Windchill
• Review technical documentation and parts catalogs
• Manage product data across a large parts database
• Maintain product variants, revision controls, and configuration rules
• Support Engineering Change Orders and approved BOM revisions
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning, and Product Management
• Identify and resolve BOM and product-data accuracy issues

• 3+ years of experience managing BOMs, product structures, item masters, or configuration data
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• Functional experience with Windchill or another PLM/PDM platform
• Strong understanding of multi-level BOMs and parent-child relationships
• Experience with configurable products, revisions, and engineering changes
• Ability to interpret engineering documents, parts catalogs, drawings, or specifications
• Experience in complex discrete manufacturing
• Experience with in gas turbines, aviation, aerospace, power generation, or industrial equipment is preferred but not required.
