We are seeking a highly experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities for our clients' facilities, ensuring that they are operating at peak efficiency and in compliance with all safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management and a proven track record of successfully leading a team.

• Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules to ensure all equipment and facilities are properly maintained.
• Oversee the repair and maintenance of equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Monitor and control maintenance costs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to operations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of maintenance materials and services.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment maintenance logs, and inventory.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software.
