Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing operations supporting the safety, quality, and efficiency of production processes. Job Title

Production Supervisor

Location: Sedalia, MO

Pay Range: Dependent on Experience

Shift: 12-hour nights (6pm to 6am, 2-2-3 schedule)

What's the Job?
  • Lead safety initiatives by ensuring all safety training and procedures are followed, fostering a culture where safety is the top priority.
  • Oversee daily production activities to meet customer quality and delivery expectations, ensuring operational procedures are adhered to.
  • Perform root cause analysis on quality issues, coach operators on problem‑solving techniques, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and mentor team members, providing feedback, training, and growth opportunities to promote continuous improvement.
  • Manage operational data, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with maintenance and other departments to optimize plant efficiency.
What's Needed?
  • Completed High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience leading or supervising in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, or electronic controls.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to foster teamwork and engagement.
  • Ability to work extended hours and adapt to flexible scheduling needs.
