Assist the Supervisor by communicating instructions to the team and ensuring timely, correct completion of tasks;
Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment and assets while upholding safety and Tyson policies;
Lead a group of team members and/or contractors to perform preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, rebuilds, and production-support activities;
Communicate with production managers and team members to meet daily production and productivity needs;
Perform preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and make machine adjustments during production as needed; rebuild equipment as directed by supervisor; conduct facility repairs as required;
Operate and utilize a computerized maintenance management system to track work orders and asset history
