We're looking for a dependable Team Leader to oversee daily regeneration plant operations while leading a team of technicians in a safe, productive, and quality-focused environment. This role provides hands‑on leadership, supports employee development, and helps ensure operational goals are consistently achieved.

- A proactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to identify issues, troubleshoot operational challenges, and drive continuous improvement.
- Supervise regeneration technicians during assigned shifts.
- Ensure plant operations meet quality and operating standards.
- Monitor employee productivity and performance.
- Promote safe work practices and compliance with company procedures.
- Train new employees on plant operations and job responsibilities.
- Lead the team to meet production and quality goals.
- Communicate shift performance, staffing, and operational needs to the Plant Manager and Regen Supervisor.
- Coordinate daily work to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain a positive, team‑oriented work environment.
- Ensure the plant remains clean and organized.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Two to three years of supervisory experience.
- Two to three years of maintenance experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to perform heavy manual labor and maintain a consistent physical workload throughout the shift.
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, sit, work in confined spaces, and wear a respirator when working in environments that may expose employees to chemicals or fumes.
- Ability to work extended shifts beyond a typical 8-hour day
