Large Manufacturing Company located in Sedalia Missouri is in need of a Lean / Continuous Improvement Coordinator.
- Assist in coordinating the lean efforts throughout the facility by supporting teams to achieve higher levels of performance and improving productivity.
- Innovate processes to positively impact profitable growth, zero defects, and delivery.
- Help identify, plan, and implement lean projects within the company, being mindful of H&S&E, cost benefits implications and productivity impacts
- Facilitate kaizen and lean events across the sites.
- Reviews performance indicators (KPI's) for each area and identify projects to introduce improvements.
- Bachelors Degree and 1+ Year Experience working as a lean/continuous improvement engineer in a manufacturing environment
- OR
- 5+ years experience in Lean / Continuous Improvement will be considered in lieu of a degree
