When: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PMWhat:
Assemble rotary screw and reciprocating compressors, straight lobe blowers, and re-manufacture returns using BOMs, blueprints, and visual work instructions.

What you'll do Follow detailed procedures to build compressors, blowers, and associated equipment to spec.

Verify quality at each step—inspect parts, confirm tolerances, and test completed assemblies.

Support standardized build processes and contribute to the re-manufacture of returned units.

Apply mechanical aptitude, shop math, and metric/imperial conversions to achieve precise outcomes.

Work safely and cooperatively within a high-performing team environment.

What makes you a great fitHigh school diploma or GED (preferred).Strong mechanical aptitude; comfort reading blueprints and using tools.

Experience with shop math and measurements (preferred).Clear communicator and dependable teammate.
