• Conduct thorough inspections of components and finished products to guarantee operational excellence.
• Apply mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and resolve assembly challenges, ensuring seamless production flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to optimize manufacturing efficiency and output.
• Maintain a high standard of workplace safety and quality compliance throughout the build process.
• Support the re-manufacturing of returned units to restore them to peak performance levels.

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and hands-on assembly experience.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and schematics.
• Strong grasp of shop math, including metric conversions and precise measurements.
• Ability to communicate effectively and thrive in a collaborative team environment.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing setting.
