Compensation: $29.37 - $35.00 / hour

Make a meaningful impact as a Nurse supporting our Opioid Treatment Program, helping individuals move toward stability, wellness, and hope.

Schedule: PRN-As Needed. Preferred Availability 1-2 days per week;
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday and one Saturday a month. Some flexibility required.

As a Nurse in our Opioid Treatment Program (OTP), you’ll play a central role in providing safe, compassionate, and recovery-focused medication services for individuals living with opioid use disorder. You’ll ensure smooth clinic operations, support medical providers, and serve as a trusted resource for clients as they navigate their treatment plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily medication clinic operations and ensure efficient client flow
  • Provide medication education, support dose adjustments, and manage refills
  • Perform medical tasks including vital signs, injections, EKGs, UDS collection, TB testing, and blood draws
  • Administer IM medications, dispense medications, and maintain accurate logs
  • Prepare take-home doses and reconcile inventories using Addiction Management software
  • Partner with providers by coordinating appointments, supporting virtual assessments, and completing required documentation
  • Assist with prior authorizations and medication ordering processes
  • Ensure compliance with Federal, Missouri Department of Behavioral Health, SAMHSA, and DEA regulations
  • Uphold strong documentation standards to support high-quality, person-centered care
Education, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High School/GED required
  • Practical Nursing certificate required
  • Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in nursing required

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: LPN, GPN, RN or GN that must pass the MO NCLEX exam within 90 days of graduation required
